Charles Semko
Throughout my artistic development I have altered, manipulated, and experimented with multiple art mediums in an attempt to find my creative voice. Over time, my creative voice grew stronger and more present through the medium of music and sound design; it remains a powerful platform from which to express my ideals and opinions. While working towards my Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree, from the Academy of Art University, I was exposed to every facet of the Audio production world. I supervised multiple student projects while juggling my own sound editorial art, and I discovered a hidden passion for Foley work. Having the ability to add sound to fictional elements in film has really proven to be my calling card. As far back as I can remember I always imagined how things should sound instead of what we actually hear. My imagination was my limit and to this day I continue with that aspiration and explore new techniques that enhance the audio experience for the audience.
